Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or spelling errors provided by the customer.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Contact us with proof (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

For digital Product:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (including but not limited to custom artwork, digital prints, design files, or personalized neon mockups) are final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible (proof required).

• You were charged more than once for the same item.

• You never received the file, and our team is unable to resend or recover it.

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
